Class Opens July 22, 2019 – On-demand workshop
To help you quickly get up to speed on all of the changes, updates, and modifications presented in the 2015 Waters of the US rule, the Swamp School has prepared an on-demand regulatory update virtual workshop. This workshop will present an overview of the major aspects of the Final rule including:

No matter what industry you are in, this workshop is important to attend. The extent of Federal jurisdiction of US waters impacts anyone who works, owns or operates land anywhere in the US. Waters are everywhere and you need to know how these new rules will affect you.
The workshop is being offered in an on-demand format. You can log in any time an watch the video and work on the assignments. There is not a specific time you need to start the class and it is available anytime day or night. The class will close on September 30, 2019, so you will need to compete all of the course material before then to receive the certificate.
This workshop represents two continuing education hours and a certificate of training will be issued upon the completion of the program.
