2018 Clean Water Rule Webinar

2018 Clean Water Rule Webinar

Product Description

2015 Clean Water Rule is now in effect in 22 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories. This Rule represents a significant change in what is considered Jurisdictional Waters of the US.  If you are in a “blue” state shown on the EPA map, the Clean Water Rule is now effect for that state.

To help you quickly get up to speed on all of the changes, updates, and modifications presented in the Final rule, the Swamp School has prepared a regulatory update webinar scheduled for October 18, 2018 at 1 PM Eastern.
This webinar will present an overview of the major aspects of the Final rule including:

  • How the 100 year floodplain is used to establish jurisdiction
  • The 4,000 foot offset rule
  • When are ditches jurisdictional
  • What is a puddle
  • Categorical Significant Nexus
  • The 2015 400+ page USACE/EPA technical support document
  • Important new rule definitions
  • Jurisdictional designated wetland habitats
  • Plus much more!

No matter what industry you are in, this webinar is important to attend. The extent of Federal jurisdiction of US waters impacts anyone who works, owns or operates anywhere in the US. Waters are everywhere and you need to know how these new rules will affect you.

Join us online on October 18, 2018 from 1 PM – 3:30 PM Eastern.
