Special fund raising program for non-profits and environmental organizations

The recent economic downturn has been hard for all of us.  However it has been especially hard on organizations that rely on donations for their continued support.  This is especially true for environmental organizations.

This is a very serious matter.  Many small grass roots organization are directly involved with habitat restoration, wetlands preservation, etc.  These groups are on the front line.   Organizations with names like, “The Friends of {insert cause here}” are directly responsible for the preservation and restoration of most of the important habitats we have left.  The big National organizations are important to this as well, but they usually find about about these projects through the “Friends of” organizations.

All of this takes money.  Environmental conservation is not cheap.  Funds are needed for public outreach, education, legal fees administrative fees, etc.  Without funding many of these programs get shelved or just disappear.

The Swamp School and its directors have been teaching environmental conservation for over 25 years.  Our main mission is to provide the education and tools necessary to facilitate wise use of the land.  Our programs cover professional topics like wetland delineation training that is designed for environmental scientists.  We also offer public outreach classes such as “Wetlands and Real Estate”  that are designed for non-wetland professionals that work with wetlands such as real estate agents.  These programs achieve our business mission to educate the public about the importance of wetlands and the need to conserve them.

So what is the deal?

Our proposal is a 2 step program that is integrated into our affiliate program.

• First. Join our affiliate program.
  • Post the banners and links on your website.  These links advertise our classes and pay you a commission for every closed sale.
• Second. Make the links with your affiliate code available to your members to post on their websites.
  • By posting your affiliate link on their website, you will receive the commission every time someone clicks and makes a purchase.
  • It is like your member is making a donation by providing webspace for your links.  It is practically free  for the member to do this and it will generate revenue for your organization.

We know that editing a website and inserting code requires special skills that not all organizations have at their disposal for free.  We can help with this.  We can either:

• Do all of the webcoding for you for free
• Provide one-on-one guidance to your in-house web expert on how to insert the code

If you do not need the help, we will can just provide you the code.
